Hi my name is brittany, I hope that, as an athlete myself, these tips can help other athletes have a better season or seasons to come.
1) You hear people all of the time saying the harder you work, the better you will get. Well that is true but be sure to also get a decent amount of rest in between all of the work and training you do. It will pay off in the long run.
2) Always make sure you get a good, nutritious breakfast every morning, especially the morning before your big meet or game.
3) Get a good pair of shoes! That is as simple as it gets. If you ever wonder why your whole body hurts or have pains everywhere, then buying a good pair of shoes will prevent a lot of that pain.
4) If you go out with a bad attitude, then your performance will show it. If you want to do top notch then you should always have your best attitude and know that you can accomplish anything.
